1. Registration of course/workshop can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. A place is reserved when we receive your registration.
2. Refund of fee or deposit, If notice of withdrawal is given:

• 10 working days or more before scheduled commencement – 50% of paid fees/deposits
• Within 9 working days before scheduled commencement, after commencement or no show – No refund of any paid fees/deposits.

3. Signed up participants can freely reschedule their course to the next available schedule(Subjected to seats availability) of the same course with at least 1 working day given notice.

4. Purchased photography accessories are not refundable or exchangeable, unless within acceptable manufacturing defects. Which Pictorial will provide participant with a 1 to 1 exchange when notified within 3 working days from date of receiving.

5. Any form of agreed refunds will take 30 days to process and refunded to any local bank accounts.

6. Pictorial reserve all rights to reschedule the workshop in the event of wet weather or any other act of nature, Pictorial reserves all rights to postpone/amends any dates which is already booked by participant,  in any unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum amount of participant is not achieved for any courses.

• For bad weather, notice to reschedule will be given 1 – 1.5 hours before scheduled timing for each class.
• For cancellation of schedule due to insufficient participant for any course, we will inform affected participants 2-3 days before course commencement.

7. Pictorial will not be liable to provide any form of compensation to any course/workshop/class participant, for any form of personal physical injuries to oneself or damages to any photography equipment during the workshop due to any carelessness/missuses committed by participant/s or act of God.

8. Pictorial instructors reserves all rights to reject/remove/recommend change of course for any participant from our classes even after signed up, when deemed unsuitable to join.

9. Course fee is not inclusive of any entrance/transportation/ charges to any location if applicable.
