From 2012 to 2017, Keith served as the official X-Photographer for Fujifilm Singapore, following his successful collaboration with Sony Singapore. Subsequently, he joined Nikon Singapore as a Nikon School Photography Course Singapore Instructor until 2018. His relentless pursuit of photography and technical knowledge, combined with his employers’ invaluable chances and opportunities, has enabled Keith to accumulate a wealth of experience in both fields.

Recognizing his remarkable product knowledge and technical expertise, camera manufacturers frequently seek Keith’s insights and assistance in shaping future cameras and initiating photography courses. Meanwhile, Keith manages the operations of Pictorial Photography Course Singapore, leveraging his perfectionist nature to assume the role of a photography mentor in most courses, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality learning experience.

Keith, the founder of Pictorial, started his photography journey at the age of 12. With over 33 years of experience in the field, he has owned an impressive collection of 69 cameras and countless lenses, representing various camera makers such as Fujifilm, Canon, Leica, Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Panasonic, and Pentax. Keith’s extensive product knowledge spans all these renowned brands.

Before establishing Pictorial, Keith honed his expertise as a regional trainer in consumer electronics at Panasonic Asia-Pacific. Inspired by his love for cameras, photography, and mobile technology, Keith has had the privilege of collaborating with several esteemed camera manufacturers including Sony Asia Pacific, Olympus Imaging Singapore, Fujifilm Singapore, Nikon Singapore, Huawei, Zeiss Singapore, and Gitzo. These opportunities have allowed him to conduct workshops, participate in product launches, engage in sponsored image sampling, deliver product training and seminars, provide product reviews and talks, lead photo walks, and even undertake beta product testing. Furthermore, Keith has organized numerous overseas expeditions for customers of the represented camera makers.

During Keith’s “sabbatical” trips to various photographic locations, both in Singapore and overseas, he realized that the best way to impart photography skills is by learning in an outdoor environment where conditions and photo opportunities are constantly changing. Keith continually challenges himself to think outside the box and captures artistically created pictures in every shoot.
